You'll need to be on the latest stock Lollipop 5.0.2 ROM to receive it. Anyone who has flashed their ROM to a different version will need to restore, but no need to bother if you're running the Stock 6.0 Soak Build (MPB24.65-24/34) as this is identical to the final release version. Check out this Reddit thread for more details. The LG G4 began receiving the same update last week for T-Mobile users and yesterday for those on AT&T.
